I really like these portraits Josh. The use of colour and soft focus is very effective and adds an ethereal quality to the photographs. They remind me slightly of Kirlian photography, which is believed to capture a persons aura. I think that you would enjoy the work of Hannah Starkey, Laura Pannack and Alec Soth.
